My name is Kurt Dight and I’m very busy.

I have 3 kids running around the house… I work 10-12 hour days, 6 days a week. And I also like to have some “me time” to lay down some music, play chess or just watch netflix.

So staying fit… is kind of a challenge for me.

  • Driving an hour to and from a gym is out of the question. I don’t have an extra 8 hours a week… It’s expensive… and I don’t like waiting till some sweaty meathead gets off my machine. In fact, I’m kind of an anti-social introvert by nature.
  • I don’t have the time or desire to do hours of cardio every day either. I get shin splints from 10 minutes on the treadmill. Plus when I used to run for miles years back it never really did anything to help control my weight.
  • And I’ve spent thousands of dollars buying equipment for a home gym. Not only is it a pain to unbox and set those things up… but they never really give me a good workout. One that I feel in my core. I spend more time changing the settings and adjusting the gizmos on these home gyms than I do exercising on them!
