Tough Letters that You Really Hate to Send…

Sometimes you’ll have a business relationship with a client that is going less than smoothly… maybe it’s your perception only, but you have one of those situations where the old “we have to talk” tension rears its ugly head.

Maybe you have to fire a client. Maybe you don’t want to take them on in the first place. Maybe they’re missing their scheduled appointments, or taking more than the agreed amount of your time.

Or maybe they’re trying to back out of a contract that you’ve invested blood, sweat, and tears into, without paying you what you’re owed.

This and other events necessitate a “need to talk” time, and it’s at those times that you’re not feeling particularly friendly.

So in this package, you have prewritten form letters that let you say what needs to be said professionally, and as friendly as possible.

You’ll receive the following 10 done-for-you letters:

Cancellation Recovery Letter/Email – Letter to send to your client asking for feedback on why they cancelled and if there’s a way that you can continue working with each other.

Clients Who Waste Your Time Termination Letter/Email – Letter to send to clients who are not showing up to do the work and they’re not making progress.

Problem Clients Termination Letter/Email – Letter to send to clients who you no longer want to work with for whatever reason.

Monthly Rate Increase Letter/Email – Letter to clients letting them know that you are increasing your monthly rates.

Refund Refusal Letters/Emails (PayPal) – Letter to send to your client after a client signs a contract for services and then changes their mind and requests a refund, or initiates a dispute on payment.

Refund Refusal Letters/Email (Credit Card) – Letter to send to your client after a client signs a contract for services and then changes their mind and requests a refund, or initiates a charge-back on payment.

Client Missed Appointment Letter/Email – Letter to send to clients who schedule a call and then don’t show up for it.
