In the first half or so, at least, you might think this is just a mindset report, and to a great degree it is, for the first half or so, but it’s filled with solid advice with reasons, written passionately and from experience.

There is a wealth of knowledge in here. He’s not exactly telling you how to do things, but he’s telling you what things to do.
